WORC 45

This class is the backbone of WORC. We incorporate strength and cardio by using different structures such as intervals, circuits, AMRAP, and more. All skill levels are welcome because all exercises are modifiable. All class times are consistent from week to week, but the focus of each WORC 45 class will change daily. Get ready to sweat and have some fun!

Pilates

Get ready to feel the burn with Pilates! This is a great low-impact option to incorporate into your fitness routine. The weights are small, but you need big effort. Increase your strength with high repetition and longer time under tension. Pilates is great for helping with posture control, core rehab for postpartum moms, and breath work. Express Pilates on Saturdays will be a 30 minute class. 

TABATA

Come check out your new favorite full body workout! TABATA is an interval workout that uses 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 4 times. You'll go through upper body, lower body, core, and cardio with options for modifications to make the workout work for you. You'll leave feeling accomplished and ready to tackle what's ahead of you!

Worship WORCout

Why not leave your praise (and your sweat) on the mat? Join us once a month for a time to move our bodies and jam to some praise music. This is FREE to ALL WOMEN. You do not have to be a member to come! Worship WORCout is typically a slower-paced session designed to encourage and energize you for the week to come.
