About Me.
I moved to Liberty Hill in late 2020. I am a 47yo wife and mother to 2 amazing kids. A 22 year old son and a 9 year old daughter. I keep pretty busy homeschooling my daughter and running her from cheer, to volleyball, to bible study and whatever else we can find to keep ourselves moving. When I am not with my husband and daughter, you can find me eating. I love finding new spots to eat, and have a drink with friends.
I joined Worc in 2022 and absolutely fell in love with the support system and workouts. It didn’t matter how I was feeling, I would always show up because I wanted to see the friends I had made that helped push me to be better. I'm so excited to join Worc and be someone else's encouragement.
I have a Health Science and Kinesiology degree with an emphasis in PETE(Physical Education Teacher Education). I have taught PE to grades K-12. While I was teaching in early 2019, I got my yoga certification and began doing group and private training until covid lockdowns.
I am someone that needs to stay active. Moving is my therapy. I will try any exercise at least once. I love long walks and short runs lol. I have always chosen more intense workouts, but as I have gotten older and started going through the dreaded M word, I realized that yoga, pilates and weight training suits me better.
